My stay at Heathcliffe was simply delightful. The room, although in the basement, was SPOTLESSLY clean, had a lovely outlook, and even came with homemade biscuits, fresh fruit, and fresh milk in the fridge. The bed was very comfortable and met all our needs. The service was great with incredibly friendly staff. The location, being on a main bus route to town, beach, and shops, was a big plus. The dining experience, especially the freshly cooked breakfast, was amazing. Overall, a fantastic stay with some minor parking and room issues.

My stay at the hotel was wonderful! The rooms were very comfortable and exceptionally clean, and the hosts made sure I had a comfortable room. I really appreciated the thoughtful touch of having a ceiling fan installed. However, not being able to leave the window open made this addition extra special. The service was top-notch - the staff were so friendly, very welcoming, and couldn't do enough to help. The location was ideal, with great transport links to various nearby places and easy access to the Marina and restaurants. The dining experience was fantastic, especially how the room was located in the basement, offering a cozy atmosphere. The facilities were excellent, and overall, it was a great value for money.
